Life got in the way, and when we finally decided the time was as close to “right” as it would get, I pulled out a piece of paper I had saved with Don Allan’s name on it. It was given to me by a couple we know, who worked with Don and his firm a few years ago, and were totally delighted with the process, with Don, and with the result.Don made the process as easy as possible, as did Rob, who helped us with the plumbing choices and supplies. Many of the items we needed to select were right there for viewing in the Allan showroom, which cut out alot of running around. Don’s advice in the selections were unfailingly correct and worked with what WE wanted. He sent us to people who were also extremely helpful in making the few other selections which needed to be found elsewhere. Most of all, his crew of subcontractors were awesome! They arrived when expected, were pleasant and fun to be around, were knowledgeable and professional in everything they did, and were anything but the stressful presence I had anticipated! She is extremely talented and knowledgeable with every facet of the measuring, coloring and layout. Allan kitchen has the best installers and customer service I have ever dealt with. Quick response if there is ever a problem. I look forward to many more years with Allan Kitchen. Don was able to direct us threw the perfect design for our new bathroom. He took our concerns and needs into consideration and maximized the limited space we had. Taking the dreaded burden of lining up carpenters, plasterers, electricians, etc. they do it all! I felt confident in the abilities of any contractor who set foot in our home because of my confidence in the staff at Allan. Thank you so much for making me the most gorgeous bathroom I have ever seen. Everyday I walk in and can't believe it's actually ours! I would recommend Don and his crew to anyone looking for a quality Kitchen and/or Bathroom. We gave Don all of the things that we would love to have in a kitchen and what we wound up with is absoloutely amazing. He gave us everything we wanted and actually made the kitchen look bigger.
